How can you say what color AMD chip you have

hey how can you say what color is the AMD t-bird chip you get?

You look at the core. The core's color I mean.

when it reflects light.. it looks either blueish or greenish.. you have to kind of look at it on an angle, glare won't help...

btw, i was talking with an AMD rep trying to get an OEM chip replaced. he told me that the chip's color tells you were it was made. the green ones are made in Austin, TX while the purple ones are made in Dresden, Germany. heard that some people have red ones--the guy didn't know anything about those.
