How can you quiet my case down?

I have tried to unplug each fan and found out the two 80mm fans in the front are the culprits for noise. The fans are mounted with filters and the fans themselves are screwed against the metal case. I think the motion of air sucking against the case make the noise. What do you think, that I can design something to keep down the noise in the front other than having to drill and cut my case?
