How can you change the refresh rate?

That's how I remember it with Windows 98. With Me, however, all you get is a change button to change your graphics card.

Anyone else?
 
If it`s not listed there then it`s on the monitor tab which should be in the same place.

Ok I got it now. The flickering is gone. However, when I was under the monitor tab I clicked change and a dozend different modifcations appeared. If I click change again it will just let me config a new driver. I chose VGA 1024*768 85hz, is that good? Or should I reconfig? if so how?
