How can ya crash a car like that?

Another Honda owner that doesn't know the limits to his car. Like you mentioned, he probably wasn't accustomed to driving RWD. It looked like it let off the throttle come out of the corner pretty fast... not a smart thing to do.

EDIT - watching it again, the retard applied his breaks coming out of the corner. Too bad for the car :disgust:

A fool and his insurance premium are soon parted.

HTF fast were these guys going? I docked their IQ 50 points right off the bat for driving like jackasses on a narrow road WITH ONCOMING TRAFFIC!

Then when you factor in that the asshat doesn't know how to drive....sheesh! I hope mommy and daddy know not to buy him another one.

<< watching it again, the retard applied his breaks coming out of the corner. Too bad for the car >>

Yeah that looks like what did it. You never brake in a turn at that kind of speed.

More importantly, does anyone know how the driver/passenger were? It looks like the "roll cage" did its job, but you never know.

Edit: after watching it again i saww that he did the same thing in the first turn that made him wreck in the second. His ass is lucky that he didn't slide into oncoming traffic.

S2000 != rice

An S2000 may not be rice, but that was probably a ricer that graduated from an Integra or Civic after he got some cash, thought he was Joe Race Car Driver, and tried to drive it like his old FWD car. I think that's was amdskip was getting at.

Aren't you supposed to break before a turn and then accel through it? or how does that go?

The guy at the POPO traning camp down in Brunswick, GA told me when my family took a tour but i have forgotten since then. 🙁

Brake before a turn, accelerate out of it. Never fully let off the throttle, as you can skid, just like that.

I would give honda that video, they can use it to show how safe there car is. It keeps loosers from winning the Darwin Awards.

He was breaking during the turn at the end of the turn, not before it.

Look at the cans on the back of it!! The first thing the asshat does when he gets a fancy car is goes and puts a pair of fart pipes on it. Definately rice.

Putting an exhaust on a S2000 (as well as rims) does not make it rice. I can't name what exhaust he has on there as I'm not an S2000 expert, but I've talked with several guys in the area that have S2ks and similar looking exhausts.

Alright, granted the terribly restricted S2000(152hp at the wheels, stock, from the 220hp+ at the fly) would benefit from new exhaust, I doubt THIS guy realized that putting a pair of Magnaflows on there(I'm assuming that's what those are) would do more for the engine than he thought it would for the looks. He also put rims on, so he's obviously obsessed with looks rather than performance(since the S2000 stock wheels look great).
Hence, by definition, he is a ricer, since he put money into the "looks" of the car. Even if he accidently also improved the performance, he didn't realize it. 🙂

I wasn't saying that that was what he was doing. I was just asking for future refference as I don't drive.
My parents got me a truck but it just sits in the garage waiting. I've renewed my learner's once already and it expirers in August. I may start driving this summer but I dunno.

Yo,
It would be difficult to adequately express the dreadful driving skills of most young male Asian Americans. For approximately 20 years in California we have had to suffer these techno testosterone brain donors that live with parents into their 30's in order to artificially inflate disposable incomes such to afford rice rockets and electronic gadgets and gaudy clothes. Pity they do not seem to spend money at Skib Barber's school.

Unfortunately, the rest of us pay for their sins via higher insurance premiums and also through our tax dollars to pay for emergency services related to automobile accidents and also property damage in excess of covered insurance.

And before anyone attempts to play the racist stereotyping card, yours truly is of the ethnic and geographic areas discussed above.

Regards,
PCM

<< So do ricers = squids? >>

Thats a good way to think about it. Except most ricers don't usually get road rash 😛

Rule number 1: If you are going to do something stupid like put your new car through its paces on a really curvey road DO not video tape it. If you do the rules of Karma will kick in automatically.

No! By all means, PLEASE video tape it. If it wasn't video taped, we couldn't witness such stupidity, and laugh hysterically at it. 😀
