How can UNDO " not to see certain categories" in customize mode

i accidently chose not to 1 of the cotagories. now the problem is:
i can choose not to a different catagory. but what i want to do is to "see all catagories". how can i undo?

If you wish not to see certain categories, select those categories below.
To select categories, hold the CTRL key down (Apple key on a Mac) while clicking the categories using your mouse.

Hold down the Ctrl key and click the ones you picked not to view and click Customize
