I have never understood how anyone can stand wearing a scratching, hot sweater, especially in the summer. How can people stand these instruments of torture?

I don't like sweaters at all, but when I used to wear them, I just wore a shirt underneath and it didn't itch a lot. But I still hate them.

Oh yeah, as for wearing them in the summer, are they "chubby?"

At my school there are some girls not exactly skinny who always wear one, actually, a majority of them do, and I get the feeling its to hide their fat because in shirts you can see the sections of fat... *yuk*

How else would you look sophisticated, well read, and a just tad bit naughty? There is a reason why people wear them you know.

I always see skinny girls wearing them with huge collars that cover their necks. They always say they are cold even though it is 90 deg. outside.

Stop buying the cheap ones and they won't itch.

I don't buy them at all.

Wait so you didn't really know how they felt when you said this?

??

If you didn't know there were better sweaters out there before even trying them in the past, how can you already presume that sweaters are the suck? o_0

They also have long sleeves, so even without feeling one I can tell it sucks.

I take it you've never experienced this new invention called COTTON either? They make longsleeve shirts out of it too.

Actually. I prefer sweaters. When I was younger and wore only t-shirts during the summer months my forearms/neck would get really tanned and my upper arms and torso would be white and I'd look weird in front of a mirror.

I really like sweaters (short, long sleeved) alot more now. ;) It also hides my muskels from the other gents who might get jealous.. :p T shirts are for hippies..... looks at sig...

Hey, stop whining. If Mr. Rogers could wear them, you should have no problem.

I wear long sleeve t-shirts under my wool sweaters.

Wool smells so good, even when it gets wet I'm still warm.

Looks good when wearing one under a leather jacket.............:)

Poor circulation.
