Yes, you use some nice money laundering. Set up some front companies that operate at a loss but you act like they are doing real well and making tons of money, but really that money is coming from your illegal business. Very hard to track if youv'e done it right, you might remember some of the big gangsters got brought down not for sellign drugs or murder or even money laundering, but for tax evasion. Thats because its harder to prove WHERE the money is comming from than to prove that people aren't paying taxes on it. I mean if you launder your money through a restaurant, how can the feds prove where it came from? They would have to track down every possible customer and ask them what they spent and all. Any store that isn't required to keep detailed lists of customers can easily be used as a front to launder money and it would be VERY difficult to PROVE that some of the money was comming from other sources.
