How can i use the scroll on my touchpad?

touchpad is not very specific

but if you're talking what I think you're talking the edge mine is the right edge ]
just slide your finger across.
 
yeah, usually its in the mouse properties, or the touchpad software...i know for a fact that all dell laptops ive used (starting with the inspiron 8200) have that feature.

its on the right vertical side, and if you want horizontal scrolling, its all on the bottom of the touchpad. as thegorx said, just slide your finger across.
 
i slide my finger across but nothing happens....lol its just that simple, im trying to activate it...maybe its just firefox...
