How can I uninstall the Silverlight bar?

I installed Silverlight, as I was blocked from using MSN Messenger unless I did. Afterwards, there is an additional tool bar in my brownser. I already use Google toolbar, and I don't want the new one. How can I get rid of it? Thanks!

Tools>Internet Options...>Programs (tab)>Manage ad-ons.

Does it appear in this list?
