How can I undo changes made by custom Internet Explorer install?

I recently had to install some software at home for my job. Unfortunately, and unknown to me, the package had a custom version of IE that it installed. This changed a number of things on my browser, most notably the icon (upper right) and the autocomplete. I was able to restore the original icon, but I have not been able to re-enable Autocomplete (for passwords). I have tried using the IE Admin Kit, but the changes in the distro I create don't seem to overwrite the current ones.

I've also tried uninstalling IE (well, as much as possible in Windows) and reinstalling, but that didn't fix it.

Anyone know how I can re-enable the password Autocomplete function? This is driving me nuts...
