how can I transfer an icon from one system to another

I have an icon on one WINXP system that I want to bring to another WINXP system. How can I do it?
 
There's a generic icon on my desktop for a program. It looks ugly and I tried using TWEAKUI to repair icons, but it did not get fixed. Where are all the *.ICO kept. I did a search for *.ICO and it did not find very many.
 
It's for Norton SystemWorks. It has two gears, a yellow one and a green one. I went into properties and found it is in

%SystemRoot%\Installer\{43C3D832-AC96-463A-2003-1B8D1BFA2523}\Integrator.ico

but I can't find it.
