How Can I Tell What Kind Onboard RAM Does My Geforce 2 MX Has? (SDR or DDR)

I just got a new Geforce 2 MX with tv out, and 32meds of ram but i dont know what ram was used in it. The card was also OEM. Are there any particular traces or things to look for to identify what kind of ram was used (DDR or SDR)? Also is there are test, or something else to see if i got bandwith of 64 or 128 bit? Thanks.

It really doesn't matter on the MX cards whether you have DDR, or SDR RAM, although the SDR will perform slightly better than the DDR MX cards. DDR is limited to the 64bit memory bus on MX cards by Nvidia. All of the SDR MX cards use a 128bit memory bus. I think only Creative makes a DDR MX card.
