How can I tell if my P2-300 is 2.0 v or 2.8 by looking at it

The one I had was an SL2W8. That was a 300 that still runs at 450 to this day.

AFAIK the way to tell is run the numbers thru intel's website
or use Sandra..

The SL2W8 was a 2.0 volt. I remember that one, it was a sweet oc'er for it's day.

If the S-Specs are SL2YK or SL2W8, then they are 2.0 volts.

CPUID will give you 065x instead of 063x.

THe mom and Pop PC shop I used to work for got a shipment of these SL2W8 processors. I think we got in like 20. All 10 of us employees bought one I sold the next ten in one sale. This was a week or so after the news of the 2 volt core was out on the net.
I still say that technically running that baby at 450 was NOT overclocking.

I was in denial then.

Hhehehehhe
