How can I tell if my ISP is blocking certain ports?

I'm having wierd problems. Some of my games won't connect, Bittorrent won't work, etc.. I can browse the web fine though. Is there a program or something that can tell me if they block ports?
 
You can call and ask. Check DSLReports forums for other people on that ISP. Many ISPs that I have used have blocked standard incoming ports.
