How can i tell if my ISP blocked a certain port number

Title says it alll. Doing some investingating on my computer on why things are dying all of a sudden

Use a traffic packet analyzer.... like Etherreal or Etherpeek or something

u can try probe my ports at this link and also do a shields up test....not sure if this is what your lookin for
