How can I tell if a PS is AMD Approved?

I want to build a Duron system and need a power supply. I've read somewhere that you need an 'AMD Approved' power supply or the system will be unstable. I've found an Antec at Amazon and was wondering if it would do? It's the Antec OEM Pp303X 300W Power Supply. Thanks for the help!
