Why do you have to talk her into it? Do you have a job?

Do you have already have an older Sea Doo and are looking to upgrade?

If so, just do what I do and intentionally break it, but make it look like it just died on its own. Have your wife write a nasty letter to Sea Doo. Then, go out and secretly buy a new one, but tell your wife her great writing convinced Sea Doo to replace your old model with their latest one free of charge.

How many times do you have to rent one before it ends up being cheaper to buy one?
But it sounds like you're hosed.

Point out the $100/hour you would have saved if you owned one! Of course, you'd have to use this one 1000 hours for it to pay for itself...not including maintenance, registration fees, cost of trailer, insurance etc.

Good luck with that! :D

You got an SUV or truck to attach the trailer on?

Me? No, I don't own a Sea Doo...and I'm not looking to buy one.

You could probably trailer one behind most cars though I would think. Why would you need an SUV or truck?

just buy it, go home, and then tell her, "honey, look at what followed me home."

i assure you that hilarity will ensue.

My uncle used to be a pro jetski rider, and won many trophies in his day. He said the new 1600cc jetskis suck, don't buy those, they are wayyy too heavy. He said his SeaDoo was 782cc, so keep that in mind. The 782cc is much lighter, and might be cheaper, also.

This is Atot. Nobody has a relationship where they can actually converse with the other party.
