How can i take a screenshot of a full screen game?

Very few screenshot programs can tap DirectX. Try HyperSnap DX, but that's a commericial program.

Usually games have a screenshot function.

download FRAPS. It's free and easy to use. Or just hit Print Screen and paste the image into Paint.
edit: I checked the fraps site and it seems u have to pay for the thing now.
