Ie setup folders on one account and have it go to the server, so I can download my whole accout when I get it somewhere else

BTW I am using Outlook 5 if that makes any difference

Here's what I do, I think this is what you're talking about. I check my home email account from work, but messages are left on the server so that when I get home, I can get them all there as well. I use Outlook 2000 and if you go into tools-accounts and go into the properties for your mail account and click on the advanced tab, you can check 'leave a copy of the message on the server'.

I have that set but what i wanted was if i make a folder and contact lists they are not written to the server, is there anyway to transfer folder structure and contacts between accounts. I am about to get a casiopea so I should be able to do it with that i think

just set up a new mail directory, it should be one of the options in OUTLOOk.

play around with it and you will find it. I would show you but im too lazy to look for it, i got someboyd else to set up my outlook just to tell you how lazy i am. 😛
