How can i stop the junk mail with the stupid little images?

Grrr, somehow Spam Assassin doesn't pick it up and neither does Mail... Is there anyway to target these stupid Spam messages with the images attached?

with Outlook, filter by having an attachment AND mail size of certain size

You pretty much can't until new methods of detecting spam are invented. Most methods today rely on keywords and blacklists to keep the junk out, but our filters today can't properly read text in an image, which is why the spammers are using these much more often.
