How can I simulate a Film slide 'border' with a digital pic?

Occasionally I'll see a genuine 35mm film shot in a magazine that has the film maker info on the border. i.e "Kodak 400TX 53" around the edges of the image.

Is there a way to simulate this in photoshop? Anyone have a image overlay-layer I can composite with a jpeg? Just would like to try it out as it looks pretty cool.

Oh, BTW I forgot to mention something that is FREE. Not going to spend $100+ for a curiosity.

If you have CS3 and above there's a way to script it so that it attaches any border over your picture. That's what I did with some of my pictures, but it's been 1-2yrs since I last did it ... but it's do-able
