How can I share a HP plotter with a serial connection

any ideas? I can create the share fine but on any other PC's when i add the printer, printer adds fine but it never prints... any ideas?

The port the printer uses should make no difference, although a serial port is very unusual in this day in age. It must be a slow printer.

Can't imaging why it's not working. Some printers are not designed for networking though, or sometimes you need to downloada special network ddriver. Check the manufacturer's website.
