How can I share a folder over the internet?

Is there a way to share a folder or drive over the internet so that I can access my home puter from work?

Ouch, I wouldnt do that. I would, however, install something like VNC or PCanaywhere so you can access it more securely.

If the other computer has XP on it then you can invite the friend to your computer. In that process there is a feature that allows file sharing. Goto the Help and Support area on the start menu and you will see the Invite a Friend. Hope this helps.
