How can I set up my school email so that I can have a copy on Outlook and on the web?

Of course when I d/l the mail on outlook it'll take it off the server and into my box..but how can I have a copy that's web accessible? I was thinking of forwarding it to another account, like my g-mail (is this possible?) and so it'll be on the gmail but I'll also have a copy in my outlook once it's d/led..

In outlook, server options, there should be an option to leave a copy of e-mails on the server, but make sure you check off the option that says delete from server when you delete the email from trash folder.

It has worked OK for me. It broke once (kept downloading the same messages over and over) but the problem went away after I deleted the offending messages from the server.

Or if your school email server supports it, change your protocol from POP to IMAP so things are synchronized. I prefer it that way.
