How can I see the size of my Exchange account?

I use Outlook with Exchange to use my school-provided email account. The max your account can use is somewhere around 23 MB. How can I view how much am I using? This includes EVERYTHING, meaning all emails, including sent items that are being kept, items in my inbox, and items in all folders, and everything else like contacts, calendar entries, appointments, etc.

All you need to do is right-click "Mailbox-John Doe" and choose "Properties for Mailbox - John Doe". Then click on the "folder size" button and look at the "total size".
