How can i save my playlist to a text file or HTML?

I have about 150 songs in my playlist... i'd like to 'save' it to a text file or an HTML file to upload. I am using both Windows Media Player and MusicMatch jukebox...

does anyone know how to save my playlist?

i know winamp had that function... but i don't want to install and use winamp.

every playlist I've ever seen is already in text format. Just open it with notepad
