How can I save emails from outlook

As I explained, I got a new rig, and I have the disk from my old one, but I have now a new installation of outlook. Is there a way I can get the emails from the disk of the old comp?

Outlook or Outlook Express?

If it's Outlook, simply locate the "Outlook.pst" file and open it in your new Outlook. It will load all your folders and then you can move them to the new inbox.

You should search your old drive for *.pst and *.ost, to make sure you get everything.
