I'm trying to save the webpage of the ebay auction I won but IE won't let me. Is there any way to cature it all (photos and text) onto my hard drive?
The reason I'm asking is because I'm having a bit of trouble with a seller for a month now. I'll state what happened and my actions (In chronological order):
06/21/04 -- eBay auction ends. I am the highest bidder.
06/24/04 -- I send payment to him using Paypal with my credit card.
07/03/04 -- I emailed him asking if my item had shipped yet.
07/04/04 -- Seller emails me saying that there is a problem with my mailing address with USPS.
07/04/04 -- I emailed seller confirming that the original address provided by me was correct.
07/10/04 (not sure) -- I emailed seller asking where my package is and if a refund is possible. Asked for a tracking number.
07/11/04 (not sure) -- Seller emails me saying sorry and he's not sure where is it but his friend did ship it. Mentions he'll try to get a tracking number. [I never got it.] Assures me that the package was sent out earlier last week.
07/19/04 (I think) -- I email the seller asking for a refund if the package does not arrive by Friday.
07/21/04 -- Seller replies that the package was "returned to sender" and mentions that he will ship it out tonight and no refunds will be made (no reference was made as to which service he will use). He says that since the fault does not lie on either himself as a seller nor me as a buyer, he will proceed to complete the transaction, reason also partly because he had spent it already.
While I can understand that shipping services do screw up, the seller infrequently emailed me with updates on the situation (I would have to email him first to get information) and never provided me with the tracking number. Is it wrong for me to demand a refund if he ships it again using USPS and they screw up? Would it be too much for me to ask all of it back, including the amount I paid for shipping ($7.95)?
