Go to File: Import/Export: Select Export to file: Comma seperated values (windows) and then select the inbox or where ever you have the email you want to save. Save it to where you want it and then import from file on the new mail system. Be forwarned, this hs a not a perfect process: I.E Dates & Times, etc.. will not be saved just the email...

I am not familiar with Outlook express, but on Outlook you can copy your pst file, and you will transfer all your outlook settings and data. It can get to be a pretty large file after a while though. Of course, Outlook Express may not work the same.

With OE you cannot export to a file, your email and settings. You have to find the directory that your emails are being saved in and where this is is dependant on what version of windows you are running. Do a file search for OE and you will find what you are looking for. I do not remember the different locations off the top of my head. You can also go to MS's website and to the Knowledge base there and search for the answer. Now for the address book that I can remember and its located in c:\program files\Outlook Express\wab.exe.
