I have a probably dead asus v7100 video card. its 32 megs geforce2 mx 400. i bought it 4 months ago, the local shop won't take it back for RMA. they said asus can do rma for it since the card is under 3 years warranty. anybody know how i can do that. thanks. :)

you have to do more to RMA a product. that means you gotta call "them" up, get the RMA # explain to them what happened if they ask, and you have to package and ship it out yourself. I've only had to do this twice already. Once for my 30 gig that fried, and 1 for a crucial 256 DDr Ram that also fried. I've had no problems with any RMA thus far :)
