How can I reverse the wheel scroll?

I have an IntelliMouse and I want to reverse how the wheel scrolls, how can I do it??

Beacuse when I turn the mouse wheel down, the mouseinfo.exe shows I'm turning it up and indeed the page goes up not down, I don't know if the mouse is wrong or something, is there's something I can do in software or should I go and replace it? (I bought it just five days ago)
