Pedicure would be a good way to start. But not one of those cheap ass Korean joints.
Go to a spa.

Any other questions just ask me.
I've sucked on so many chicks toes that I'm an amatuer expert.

You don't think it's fungus... did you come to that conclusion on your own or did you go see a dermatologist?

Go to a doctor.

Either that or yank them completely out and let them regrow from scratch.

It's probably fungus. I had tinea versicolor for several years and the doctor gave me some meds for it (I went in for a cancer check). The medicine made my toenails look a lot better, though they're getting funky again a few years later.

Yeah, this is another one of those situations where the OP needs to just go to a doctor. If the nails are truly that bad for a long time I wouldn't think a pedicure would be the best option here.

dude, you might need to take oral antifungal pills for a few months if you have toenail onychomycosis.

You should get it checked out by a physician. I thought it was fungus, but the doctor said it was a mineral deficiency causing it. A supplement might knock it out, just speak to your doctor.

Never heard of using vapo-rup, but 1/4 cup of white vinegar in a couple of gallons of hot water is good for your feet. (no...don't drink it...soak your feet in it)
I had a pair of shoes that didn't fit quite right...gave me a "soft corn" under my "pinkie toe." The podiatrist highly recommended the vinegar soaks at least once per month for general foot health. Daily soaking is supposed to be great for youse folks with athlete's foot as well.
