How can I report an abusive forum member?

I am currently selling some memory in the F/S forum. A user PM'ed me, asking whether the memory was still available and that they were "definitely interested and have paypal." I sent the user my paypal address. The user responds with a very lowball offer. I responded "HAHAHAHA" and "have a nice day." The user then responds with a level of profanity which I have not ever witnessed here on AT in the 6 years I have been a forum member. I would like to report them to a forum moderator with a copy of the PM traffic to see whether there can be any disciplinary action taken against this forum member. Can anybody tell me how I can do this? Is it worth pursuing?

Thanks in advance! 🙂

I believe you started off the rudeness. 16% is hardly low balling.

Well, I did include smilies in my response but lowballing to such a degree (imho) invites ridicule which I feel I did tongue-in-cheek. His response was (and I'll edit for obvious reasons):

"HAHAHAH suck my d!ck you ****** f@ggot your ram sucks, ill go get ******!ng corsair value "

Would you call that response either "miffed" or "rude"? 😉
