How can I remote desktop to a Linux PC from my Windows PC?

What is a program I can get to allow me to control my Linux machine (using Fedora 8) via remote desktop from my WinXP machine? I know winxp and fedora both have built in remote desktop programs, but are those two compatible or do I need a third party universal program?

Fedora should have a VNC Server as part of the install if not you can easily download it and install it via yum. Once that's done just get a VNC Viewer (I prefer UltraVNC) for Windows. Set it up and you're good to go.
