How can i proxy a secure connection.

here the problem. i am stuck with this really bad isp who browsing speeds are ok BUT when it comes to secure coneections on the same servers it blows. so i want to use non-secure proxy for prozying secure connection.
don't advise me not to do it cuz i don't intend to use it for banking or even email. i just really need to login to fileplanet and while the fileplanet website open really fast i can't login. i just need to do that. otherwise i know its not a smart idea to use proxy for other important stuff.

any help is appreciated.

I would call your ISP. That is simply intolerable. Odds are some router down the line is FUBAR.

can't dop that. customer service sucks. it not only me everybody on the isp forums has the same problem.
