how can i print a pdf document using my printer?

hi to all
how can i print a pdf document using my printer? ...i can't print any pdf document because the
printer button is disabled in adobe reader 6 ...and when i copy all the text
in the document in the clipboard and past it in the notepad the text doesn't appear.

do you have the printer configure? is it a protected PDF?

the adobe reader 6 document protect itself from beeing printed or copied.

They protected the document for a reason. If you really need to print or copy the text, there are security tools to remove such protection.

View it using ghostscript.

but how can i use it for converting the pdf document to a text file.

See if you can print it from the Foxit PDF Reader.

Right click the file and open with Ghostview. If you do not have Ghostview, download and install it.
After opening with Ghostview, you should be able to print.

Foxit PDF Reader can't read arabic charter
Ghostview can't read my pdf file sending me a message that ghostscript
needed although it had been installed on my system.

Can you open a PDF file that is in English with Ghostview?

If you cannot, something is wrong with your installation of Ghostview and ghostscript. You can uninstall and install again to see if that fixes it.

If you can open the English file with Ghostview, but not Arabic, it means that Ghostview cannot access all the fonts that PDF can access!

Which one is it?

for replaying too late cause i wasn't in front of my computer for the last 2 days
i can't open any file with Ghostview but i think nothing wrong with my ghostscript cause cutepdf program work good which can't run without ghostscript .
so i will install the latest version of ghostscript that may made Ghostview work.

after installing the latest version i'm able to open some arabic documents and i couldn't open others i think that because these documents created by differint versions of adobe program.
