I notice that after like a month or two I open the case up and there's a lot of dust in there. How can I saeflt remove it without statically frying everything, and how can I prevent it rom getting there in the first place?

Canned air for the current dust. Go and get a filter such as a home furnance one and cut a portion out to fit in front of the main air intake of the case. Look at some reviews of Lian-li cases on the web and they will have pictures of what a filter should look like.

Filters are a good idea and many places sell them. Follow this link to find some. You will need to clean the filters every once and awhile. Good Luck!

Like jcmkk says they decrease the airflow. I've found the metal mesh ones to reduce it the least of all the different methods I've tried. Easy to clean too . 2 seconds with a vaccum cleaner works pretty well for me.

tried and true dryer sheets work as well. they're cheap and they give your computer that springtime fresh scent.

dryer sheets? Never would have thought of that, what do you do just palce it between the case 's plastice cover and the metal in front of the fan? I sure could use the fresh scent tooo.

I just modded my bezel with some aluminum screening. Not very fine, but keeps the large bits of dust and hair out. You can't eliminate dust all together, just minimize it. Canned air once a week/month is the best way to keep your case clean. Dont neglect your heatsinks when cleaning ;)

you can never prevent dust from settling in unless you seal it completely which will pretty much make it overheat...

of course you can do water cooling, but seriously, your entire PC needs to be cooled, not just the processor.

Have more air going into the case than is being exhausted, and put a filter in front of the intake fan(s) like suggested. That should keep almost all the dust out.
