How can I overclock my 700 Duron with my MSI K7T Pro?

I need loads of help. Never overclocked before. I heard they get up to 950. I have a 700 MHz Duron and a MSI K7T. I dont want to do the pencil trick because i dont really trust it. I heard that electricity running through graphite cause smoke often and can be unstable.

Oh ya i have a golden orb too.

With the k7t pro you'd have to connect the various bridges to manually set the multiplier and voltage. The K7T will not let you adjust the multiplier (yet) so good luck
