How can I mount my SB Live Drive externally (out the back)?

I really hate having all those cables (MIDI In, MIDI Out, Left RCA VCR In, Right RCA VCR In, Stereo Line Output, Stereo Line Keyboard Input) hanging out the front of the case. I already have every single input and output on the back of the card and inside the computer filled up with stuff (I know I need to get an 8 channel stereo mixer).

I figure I could just let the wire hang out an IO slot but even at that I would need an extension for the power...

Anyone else have an genious ideas? Does creative sell another add on card that fills an IO slot?
