How can I mount an LED to aluminum?

I'm trying to mount a small LED through a hole in an adonized aluminum plate. Hot glue lasts for a few days, and then any little bit of force and the whole clump of glue just falls right off the plate.

What is a better glue or epoxy to use for this?

Drill a hole in the aluminium plate and buy an led holder or mount thing from radioshack.
