How can I make Windows XP shutdown at specific time?

at www.overclockers.com there is a utility called SHUTDOWNNOW! I dont exactly know what it does since i have never used it but you could try...

Or you can get Visual Studio and write your own prog to do what ever you want it to do.

shutoff 1.8 works for me in xp. you may download it from downloads.com.
