How can I make Windows Vista stop bugging me?

Ok, here is what I want to do:

1. Always "allow" stuff to run. I don't care about the so-called security risks involved. The prompts drive me nuts almost constantly.

2. Run *everything* as Administrator. Again, I don't care about the security risks involved.

Is this possible?

I did method #4 when I did it - the longest part is the reboot you have to do afterwards.

Why would anyone do any method other than the one via the control panel that is guaranteed to work and does not risk user error messing something up?
