how can i make the new window be maximized ?

i have the problem of getting the new window automatically maximized every time i open a new window from IE 5.5, therefore i have to maximize the window manually everytime i open a new window. need help. Thanks.
 
Right click on the IE icon.

On the "Shortcut" tab in the last box that says Run: Use the drop-down menu to make it say "Maximized".
