How can I make some peppered chicken in the oven? :(

I'm going to make some brown rice and toss some salsa on top of it at lunch, but I wanted some peppered chicken. 🙁 Anyone know how I can make some by baking? I don't want to have to do it in a pan, because then I have to add oil, and I'm eating healthy.

Is there any way I can do it by baking?

Cut it into thinner strips and just use a tiny bit of olive oil.
