How can i make flash backgrounds...and then set it as my background in Dreamweaver?

dont think you can, you can though make a div layer and put the z-index so it is the behind everything else and then put the flash in that layer

I think I remember trying to put a layer above a Flash Animation before and the Flash always wanted to be on top. But you should still give it a try, it's been a while since I did it.
