How can I make Firefox remember a password?

I have a site that I would like to save my login ID and password with in Firefox Password Manager. However, when I enter my ID and password and login for this site it doesnt offer the normal option of remembering the password or not. I know I havent disable the password function for this page. Is there any way I can make Firefox recognize the text fields as ID and password fields so it will remember it?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
