how can i make 12 lcd/led tvs have 1 image?

I have Googled like crazy trying to figure this out...

Im trying to take 12 46inch led tvs and put thim up to make 1 single image... I am just not at all versed at this stuff..

I am trying to put it in a bar I am opening up...

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
