How can I log LAN activity in Win2k?

I'm on a lan at my college dorm and I'd like to log activity on my system. I've got Win2k pro and I can use the administrative tools to see who is connected to my system at any moment but I'd like to know more than that. I'd like to be able to see who connects, when they connect, for how long, what files they copy off of my system, and what files they access off my system such as MP3s or text files.
