How can I listen to MLB via radio?

I live in a small town. We have 3 radio stations, limited internet and crappy cable. My favorite team (Atlanta Braves) are no longer going to be shown on TBS nationwide during the upcoming season (crappy seinfield reruns make more ad revenue) Being that they just got Glavine back (for probably his last year and probably Smoltz's last year too), I would really like to at least listen to some games!

I looked at that sleak little Sirius portable satellite player they have been running ads for, but I couldn't find anything about any MLB on their website.

I think MLB.com sells some sort of audio/video feeds via the Internet, but I would choose that as a last resort.

Who has portable feeds for live baseball??
