I am trying to setup this computer for my brother's paint shop. The computer is only suppose to be used to go to a couple websites.. like: colormatch.com, hotmail.com, and a couple other.

How can set this computer up to only allow users to go to those sites and no more?..

Just set the restriction extremely high. Use filters that'd block every website and add your few websites to the exceptions list.

Well, I don't want the employees to be able to change the settings back. If I remember right, there is no password security feature to protect my changes.

if you're using IE, use the content advisor, and set allowed sites. You can also set a password for that. If you were running zone alarm or something similiar, you can also block sites with that, as the previous method can be bypassed by using another browser.

QFT - this is what I do with my kid.

He turns in a list of sites he wants to go to everyweek - yep he copy's and pastes them into a notepad. On weekends I check em out and add them to his white list that I do the exact same way.
